Effective Platform Agreement

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") form a binding legal contract between the user ("you", "the Player") and cricbex ("we", "the Platform", "cricbex"). By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox presented during registration or during bonus claim procedures, or by accessing any part of the cricbex platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

cricbex is an online casino and sports betting platform operating in the English language and principally serving players based in Bangladesh. All platform operations, customer communications, game interfaces, and legal documentation are conducted in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they fully understand these Terms before placing any bet, claim, or withdrawal request.

These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in force until your account is permanently closed, whether by your request or by cricbex's decision pursuant to these Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available at cricbex/terms-conditions.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to cricbex and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This restriction is absolute and admits no exceptions. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

cricbex enforces age verification through a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process that requires all players to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence — prior to processing any withdrawal request. Additional identity verification may be requested at the platform's discretion at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Where cricbex suspects or confirms that an account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation and subsequently permanently closed. Any funds held in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and platform policy, which may include forfeiture of winnings.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of cricbex or its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform under a self-exclusion agreement or administrative closure.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming and betting services on cricbex, you must create a single, verified player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify support@cricbex of any changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on cricbex. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately.

cricbex implements a tiered KYC verification process. Basic account functionality is available upon registration, but the following actions require completion of identity verification:

• Processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• Depositing amounts above ৳50,000 in any single calendar month.
• Claiming certain high-value promotional bonuses as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• Any circumstance in which the platform's security systems flag an account for review.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cricbex Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cricbex will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on cricbex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, and BRAC Bank direct transfer. cricbex reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

The following transaction limits and processing times apply under standard operating conditions:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account held in the player's own name. cricbex reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

cricbex does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their published tariffs. cricbex has no control over third-party payment provider fees and accepts no liability for such charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

cricbex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all cricbex bonuses unless explicitly overridden by the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage, and certain game types may contribute 0%.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, minimum qualifying odds may apply. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum single-bet limit of ৳2,000 (or the equivalent as specified in the promotion terms) applies. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You may not claim a new deposit bonus while a previous bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. cricbex reserves the right to exclude any account from eligibility for any specific promotion at its sole discretion.

cricbex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, the bonus will be honoured subject to the terms in force at the time of the claim, unless the cancellation is due to technical error, suspected abuse, or fraud.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using cricbex, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion, in addition to any legal remedies available to cricbex:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent interaction with the platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on cricbex, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or bonus scheme.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the cricbex platform, game content, or proprietary software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cricbex staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Sharing your cricbex Login credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or operate your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by cricbex.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cricbex complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. cricbex provides no warranty that access to the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction from which it may technically be accessed. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering an account or placing bets.

Account Suspension & Closure

cricbex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@cricbex. Upon receiving a closure request, cricbex will process any pending verified withdrawal of the remaining BDT balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements and verification obligations. Closure requests initiated through the self-exclusion tool in your account settings take effect immediately and suspend access to the account and all associated marketing communications.

The following circumstances may result in account suspension pending investigation, which may subsequently lead to permanent closure:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request is submitted.
• Detection of suspicious login patterns, including access from multiple geographic locations in an implausibly short period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider on a deposit transaction.
• Credible third-party report that the account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cricbex, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the cricbex platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own negligence in protecting account credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages.
• Errors in game display or data feed that are promptly corrected after identification, subject to the game provider's own error resolution policy.
• Delay in withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider, banking systems, or third-party verification services.
• Any financial decision you make in connection with your use of the platform, including any losses incurred through gambling.

cricbex makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that game outcomes will meet your expectations, or that any particular betting or gaming strategy will produce a profit. Online gambling involves real financial risk. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that all gambling losses are your sole responsibility.

In any event, cricbex's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits cricbex's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution process set out on the platform, beginning with a formal complaint submitted to support@cricbex. cricbex will acknowledge all formal complaints within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
